2. Digital Products
Products sold through Digitlo are primarily digital products delivered electronically.
No physical product will be shipped unless a product page specifically states otherwise.
Please review the product description, file format, age or learning level, previews and other available information before completing your purchase.
3. Orders and Payments
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Payment must be successfully processed before access to a paid digital product is provided.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
A purchase is considered complete once the payment provider confirms successful payment.
Please never send sensitive payment information such as full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or UPI PINs to Digitlo by email or through customer-support messages.
4. Prices
Product prices are displayed on the website before checkout.
Prices may change from time to time. The price shown at checkout at the time of purchase will normally apply to your order, subject to any applicable taxes, fees or corrections required by law.
Discounts, sales and promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions.
A later change in price will not affect an order that has already been successfully completed.

Because these are digital products, no physical shipment is involved unless specifically stated otherwise.

6. Refunds and Cancellations
Because digital products can be delivered and accessed electronically, refunds and cancellations work differently from those for physical products.

7. Product Compatibility
Our downloadable products are provided in the format stated on the relevant product page.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have suitable software, devices, internet access and printing equipment where required.
Print appearance may vary depending on your printer, paper, ink, screen and device settings.
If the digital product itself is defective, corrupted or materially different from its description, please contact us so we can review the issue.
8. Product Licence and Permitted Use
Purchasing a Digitlo digital product gives you a limited licence to use that product in accordance with our Digital Product License.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the copyright, illustrations, designs, text, branding or other intellectual property contained in the product.
Unless a product page or licence states otherwise, Digitlo resources are intended for personal, household or individual educational use.
Parents and caregivers may use purchased resources with children in their own household.
Where permitted by the relevant product licence, an individual educator may use the resource personally with their own learners.
Additional classroom, school, organisation or commercial licences may be offered separately.
9. Prohibited Use
Unless Digitlo gives written permission or a specific licence expressly permits it, you may not:
- resell or redistribute a Digitlo digital product;
- share purchased files with other households, businesses or organisations;
- upload a product to another website, marketplace, public drive or file-sharing service;
- reproduce or modify Digitlo content for resale;
- use Digitlo products to create competing commercial products;
- claim Digitlo content as your own;
- remove copyright, branding or ownership notices;
- commercially exploit Digitlo content outside the rights granted by the applicable licence.
You may make reasonable backup copies for your own permitted use.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content available through Digitlo, including:
- worksheets;
- learning packs;
- illustrations;
- graphics;
- text;
- product designs;
- logos;
- branding;
- downloadable files;
- website content;
belongs to Digitlo or is used with appropriate permission.
All applicable intellectual-property rights remain with Digitlo or the relevant rights holder.
